She leads permitting strategy, approvals and jurisdictional coordination, helping projects move efficiently from documentation through final approval.

Chief Architect
Alex supports projects during schematic design and design development, helping teams clarify scope, align design intent and shape projects before they move into documentation and approvals. Through renderings, layouts and design coordination, he helps create clarity and alignment early in the process.

Vince founded Ultima Build after watching the industry normalize fragmented coordination for far too long. Critical approvals, technical requirements and project-defining details were repeatedly handed off between disconnected teams until delays, rework and breakdowns became accepted as part of the process. Ultima Build was built to bring definition, alignment and approvals together before construction begins.
We coordinate a multi-state network of architects, professional engineers, permit expeditors, inspectors, project managers and technical specialists who support projects across jurisdictions nationwide.
